Usage basics before you choose
Plans combine a logging workspace with optional automated monitoring. These terms explain the limits shown below.
URL inventory
The total URLs stored across projects in a workspace, whether or not monitoring is turned on.
Active monitors
URLs with monitoring enabled. Inventory can be larger than the set of actively monitored URLs.
Scheduled Scan Credits
Automated monitor checks used this cycle. One Scheduled Scan Credit equals one automated check of one active monitored URL.
Instant scans
Manual checks started by a user from a project or URL. These use a separate instant scan allowance.
Retention
How far back reports and historical views can include logs, monitor runs, health issues, and impact results.
Seats and viewers
Team seats are workers and project editors. Client viewers are read-only workspace or project viewers.

Retention in plain language
Retention is the history window your workspace can use for older logs, monitor activity, health issues, tasks, Impact Results, and reports. Longer retention gives teams more historical context when they review older SEO work.
Add-ons stay separate from plans
Add-ons can increase selected entitlements such as seats, viewers, retention, instant scans, and Scheduled Scan Credits. They are available during beta through account support or admin setup.
Add-ons do not unlock daily frequency, increase URL inventory, or increase active monitor count. Those remain plan upgrade drivers.
