SEO Logbook retention controls how far back historical views and reports can use monitoring and work history.

Free workspaces include 30 days of retention. Solo includes 3 months, Team includes 9 months, Agency includes 15 months, and Scale includes 30 months. Enterprise retention is custom.
Retention add-ons add 6 months per active add-on quantity when enabled for a workspace.
Retention cleanup uses the effective retention window plus a 7-day safety buffer.
For example, Free retention is 30 days, so cleanup targets eligible historical records older than 37 days.
Retention cleanup may remove older logs, monitor runs, notification logs, and old snapshots when they are outside the retention window plus safety buffer.
The newest snapshot per URL may be preserved for monitoring continuity.
Retention cleanup does not delete users, profiles, workspaces, projects, URLs, monitor settings, team members, project members, report schedules, coupons, or add-ons.
Tasks are not deleted in the current cleanup pass.
Reports cannot include data outside the workspace plan retention window.
If old data has already been cleaned up, reports will naturally show only available retained data.
