We use this data to authenticate users, manage access, send service emails, and operate the application.

SEO Logbook stores workspace names, project settings, URL inventory, active monitor settings, monitored page snapshots, logs, tasks, reports, notification preferences, and related activity records.

User-provided URLs may be fetched by the service for monitoring, sitemap import, instant scans, and task verification.

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, subscription changes, and fraud-prevention signals for paid plans. Payment details you enter in Stripe Checkout or the Stripe billing portal are provided to Stripe under its privacy terms.

SEO Logbook stores the Stripe customer, subscription, price, and invoice identifiers needed to match a payment to a workspace, together with plan status, billing dates, invoice amount and currency, and payment success or failure timestamps. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Billing emails and in-app notices are sent to the workspace owner for purchases, renewals, upcoming renewals, failed payments, required payment actions, plan changes, and cancellations. These are required service messages rather than marketing emails.

We may process email addresses, delivery status, notification preferences, and alert history to send account, invite, monitoring, task, and report-related messages.

Delivery providers and hosting providers may process limited data needed to operate the service.

SEO Logbook uses cookies and similar session storage for authentication, security, workspace selection, and application preferences.

Historical monitoring and reporting data follows the Data Retention Policy and the workspace plan in effect.

Billing records may be retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, and other legal obligations. Stripe applies its own retention practices to data it controls or processes.

We use application-level safeguards such as role-based access controls, project permissions, safe URL fetching, protected automated jobs, and security logging.
