Account registration

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account.

You may create workspaces, projects, URLs, logs, reports, tasks, and related operational records for legitimate SEO monitoring work.

Workspace and project use

SEO Logbook is designed for teams, agencies, and clients to monitor SEO-critical website changes and maintain an operational record of work.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to monitor the websites and URLs you add to the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use SEO Logbook to attack, overload, probe, or access systems you do not own or have permission to monitor.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse automated checks, or use the service to fetch private/internal infrastructure.

Subscriptions, coupons, and add-ons

Paid subscriptions, coupons, add-ons, and billing workflows may be managed through account support or future billing integrations.

Coupons affect price only. Add-ons may increase selected entitlements when enabled for a workspace, but do not change the underlying plan rules unless shown in the product.

Cancellation and availability

Cancellation and plan changes may be handled through account support while self-service billing is not available.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary during maintenance, beta changes, or provider outages.

Data ownership and liability

You retain responsibility for the website, project, and operational content you add to SEO Logbook.

SEO Logbook provides monitoring and recordkeeping tools, but does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, revenue, or search engine outcomes.
