You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account.

You may create workspaces, projects, URLs, logs, reports, tasks, and related operational records for legitimate SEO monitoring work.

SEO Logbook is designed for teams, agencies, and clients to monitor SEO-critical website changes and maintain an operational record of work.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to monitor the websites and URLs you add to the service.

Do not use SEO Logbook to attack, overload, probe, or access systems you do not own or have permission to monitor.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse automated checks, or use the service to fetch private/internal infrastructure.

Plans and their limits apply to a workspace. Projects, team members, client viewers, monitored URLs, checks, reports, and retention use the shared capacity shown for that workspace.

The Free plan has no recurring charge.

Coupons affect the amount charged unless their terms say otherwise. Add-ons may increase selected workspace limits without changing the underlying plan.

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added during payment.

The workspace owner controls billing through Stripe Checkout and the billing portal. Upgrades may be prorated immediately. Downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period, as shown before confirmation.

If a payment fails or requires bank authentication, we may ask the owner to update or confirm the payment method. Paid access may continue temporarily while Stripe retries payment, then move to the Free plan if the subscription becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, or expires.

You can cancel from workspace billing. Canceling stops future renewals and normally leaves paid access active through the current paid period. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and rights required by applicable law.

When a plan changes, workspace limits and raw snapshot retention follow the new plan. Scheduled cleanup does not remove user-written logs, decisions, report text, reviewed finding evidence, or accepted comparison evidence for active accounts. Explicit deletion and applicable privacy and security policies still apply.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary during maintenance or provider outages.

You retain responsibility for the website, project, and operational content you add to SEO Logbook.

SEO Logbook provides monitoring and recordkeeping tools, but does not guarantee SEO rankings, traffic, revenue, or search engine outcomes.
